Santiago General Contractor operates a text messaging program providing appointment reminders, project updates, estimate follow-ups, and promotional offers related to roofing, siding, painting, and remodeling services in Vancouver, WA and Clark County.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website estimate or contact forms
- Providing verbal consent when calling us at (360) 718-6290
Opting in is entirely voluntary. You will receive the same services and free estimates regardless of whether you consent to text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Expect multiple messages per week during active projects and 2–4 promotional messages per month.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for carrier-related issues outside our control.

Financing: Third-party financing is subject to credit approval and governed by the lender's terms. We facilitate applications but do not guarantee approval.
